Play time!

Silas has had a busy week as usual! Sunday evening we had some friends over for dinner. Their daughter is a few months younger than Silas. He was very interested in her (I think he has a crush :-))! I don't blame him! She is so precious...We had fun playing and eating dinner that night.
Monday and Tuesday Silas had lots of play time with Pibby and then we stayed home Wednesday and Thursday b/c he was sick. Yesterday he was completely back to normal, so we met Pops for lunch. Silas ate some spicy chicken & dumplin's and loved them!
I have been keeping up with him as good as I can. He is busy at all times running around or riding his trike through the house. He just learned how to steer, so he moves all over the house on the trike and keeps the pups on their toes! Since he started climbing a few weeks ago he likes to get in odd places and "relax". He will get inside his toy bucket and hang out, or inside the sofa table. He also loves to get in the big chairs, lean back and look at books. Nothing lasts for too long and he usually needs help getting out of these relaxing places, so I stay close by! He understands that he has to climb off of the furniture feet first, so that usually helps him from being injured. I said USUALLY! The other day we were at Pibby and Pops' and he went off of the ottoman head first... Not a pleasant experience.

With all of this action going on the pups get their rest when they can. I have included some funny pictures of them too! Enjoy!
