Sunday

Sunday was a big day! We had church in the morning and the church carnival in the afternoon. Silas has moved up to the "walkers" class for SS. He seems to really like it! It's more structured than the other classes he has been in. They play and go to ECA and then have a snack and play some more. It is really cute to see all of them sitting around the table having a snack! Jason and I usually peek in after SS (without Silas seeing us of course). So, Sunday afternoon we got Silas all dressed up in his Halloween costume and took off for the carnival. I was so glad that he kept his hat on! I really didn't think he would have anything to do with it. Maddie went with us too. I got such a good picture of the 2 of them, but Silas' coloring is crazy in the pic. I think my flash did something weird. I went ahead and posted it b/c it is so cute. Too bad it doesn't look any better. Anyway, we had a great time with friends. Before we left we all had pizza. Silas snagged a piece off of my plate before we even got to the table. He hadn't ever had pizza before, but he LOVED it. He ate 1.5 pieces! That is pretty good considering all of the distractions/kiddo's eating with us! Tomorrow should be fun too. We have a neighborhood cook out at the park and then we are going to hit a few houses around here. The little skunk will probably be worn out by the end of the night!
