Full Arkansas Heat

This past weekend was a HOT one! We spent most of our free time in some kind of water. On Saturday afternoon we met The Smith's at the pool for a swim and then went to Senior Tequila for dinner. The kids and parents had a good time! Silas was wiped out after all of the heat and play time. On Sunday we played a lot before church and I wasn't sure if Silas would make it all morning without a nap. He moved up to the next room at Sunday School and was easy with the transition. He went to ECA (Early Christian Awareness) and learned about elephants and lions as well as being gentle with your bible. They seat all of the babies around a table and strap them in. They sing songs and tell them stories. How sweet is that?!? Silas seems to really enjoy getting out and seeing other babies. He and Jacob Jones seem to recognize each other and find interest in playing "around" each other when they are in the same class. Jacob's parents are friends of ours from Sunday School. The boys are about 4 weeks apart in age. Anyway, once we got home from church Silas slept all afternoon and then we hit the lake. He seems to love floating around in his little ladybug floaty.
